systemsGo is now conducting interviews to fill IT Support position for one of our regional clients. Successful candidate will work alongside the team of friendly, skilled professionals from multiple locations in APAC region in providing on-site IT engineering support, and customer services.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proactive, good communication, problem-solving, planning, and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Basic knowledge of the end-to-end business processes in the functional areas assigned
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team
• Problem-solving skills for difficult to complex issues
• PC hardware & software technical knowledge and ability to continuously learn while operating in a fast-paced, demanding environment are necessary.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality due to issues of security
• Deliver and demonstrate a high level of customer service.
• Demonstrated in-depth familiarity with Windows operating systems, PC hardware/software, and TCP/IP LANs
• Demonstrated operational familiarity with iOS and OSX.
• Demonstrated initiative, be a self-starter.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years supporting technology in a fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years customer service experience
• Able to work outside normal business hours for emergency issues
• Proficiency in Mandarin and fluent English
