Responsibilities
Ensure availability of PBOC solution for daily reporting and query.
• Based on log, error message in CFCC, PBOC or OEBS, identify the root cause of the issue.
• Communicate and work with CFCC to fix application issues.
• Communicate and work with the business user to fix data issue.
• Fix the issues in PBOC OAF screen and interface.
• Change the PBOC program for new project/products.
• Maintain the support log based on PBOC support process and policy.
System administrator of PBOC, CFCC, DCS and CDS application.
• Add or remove user access per business request and owner approval.
• Do configuration changes per request.
• Work with GHNS team and vendor on server, database issues.
Part of the OEBS Delivery team on project delivery and OEBS tickets.
• Developer of OEBS delivery projects.
• Work in CI and support team for support tickets.
Requirement
• DevOps experience is a must
• OAF, and PL/SQL technical skills
• Fluent English speaking and can work with US and Indian colleagues directly.
• Good learning capacity to catch up PBOC data rule, CFCC functionalities and PBOC solutions.
• Basic Oracle database knowledge
• Java capability to support DCS issues.
