Your Job:
IT Operations (Level 1.5 support, issue troubleshooting, etc.)
Business Analysts & SME, KPI monitoring
Incident/problem/event/change management process control
Vendor performance monitoring
Project management, budget planning and reporting

Professional Experience:
Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Information technology or similar
Know well on ITIL-based process framework
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experiences on Connectivity is preferred
MNC working experience is preferred
Familiar with ELK/Kibana as a plus

Soft Skills & Attitude
Good presentation and communication skills
Excellent oral & written English skills. German as a plus
Self-motivated
