职位描述
职位:
全面负责日常IT服务支持和日常IT管理。注:职位薪酬区间仅供参考,最终薪酬待面试定级后确定。
要求:
1. 全日制本科以上学历,计算机相关专业;
2. 三年以上办公室桌面和Macbook IT支持工作经验,高科技企业或者研发中心经验优先;
3. 英文口语良好,懂粤语优先。
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide a high level of Customer Service and a high level of I.T. technical support
• Support Windows laptop or Macbook computer
• Mobile Technology e.g. O365, MAM, iPhone etc
• Microsoft O365 and Azure Cloud VDI
• network equipment or Wifi facilities
• Video Conferencing setup
• User account administration
• Inventory for hardware and software
• Maintain and Monitor and network room
• IT Procurement
• Ensure security patches updated, follow the IT infrastructure policy / standard / baseline and compliance with security auditing and meet the SLA
• Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents.
• Collaborate with other teams for new technology solution setup and deployment
• Work under pressure and support after office hours
Requirement:
• Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
• 3 years’ experience in desktop support
• Experience in supporting Desktop and Laptop environment especially on Macbook and Help Desk experience
• ITIL v4 is preferable
• Basic network knowledge such as access switch, router, IP, wireless etc
• Ability to communicate effectively with all customers at all levels
• Fluent in speaking English and Chinese
• Windows Platform, Windows Active Directory, Apple Mac and other related technologies
