Job Description:
1.Align QCD targets in close collaboration w. supply partner feedback.
2.Make risks and mitigation measures transparent and drive implementation of those; activate relevant team members and stakeholder for doing so.
3.Share best practices from Supply Partner to improve internal processes and approaches.
4.Align product requirements for target platform(s).
5.Bridge understanding between supply partner and internal team member/stakeholder.
6.Transmit product requirements to supply partner and create mutual understanding for target platform(s).
7.Coordinate and own the execution of the requirements within agreed QCD targets towards release.
8.Identify risks and resp. mitigation measures.
9.Identify necessary adaptions and coordinate development efforts.
Professional Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, technical background in engineering, 5y+ working experience.
2.Experience in project management, product Development (preferred, if with external suppliers/ OEM), stakeholder communication, ‘hands-on’ and pragmatic mindset for getting things done, result-oriented.
3.Fluent English speaking and writing ability，with global site team for daily communication.
