-Responsible for the complete life cycle of back-end service development, including but not limited to design, development, testing, deployment, operation and maintenance and optimization
-Responsible for the detailed design and implementation of the overall solution architecture, application architecture, technical architecture, data architecture, etc.
-Responsible for system scheduling design, exception handling mechanism design, performance optimization, etc.
-Responsible for platform-related development work, including interface development, data preprocessing, and related verification
-Responsible for the design of overall performance test plan, SIT/UAT, performance test, etc.

-Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Statistics or similar qualification and/or relevant experience, training and proven delivery capability
-Experience in software development, implementation and management
-Have a certain understanding of microservice architecture and service splitting, understand distributed transactions, and understand common solutions
-Solid Java/python foundation, familiar with basic frameworks
-Familiar with one or More database system , such as oracle , mysql, SqlServer
-Ability to communicate with business and IT leaders in a way that can influence how an organization approaches business
-Experience with performance/scalability tuning, algorithms and computational complexity
-Understand or be familiar with refactoring and design patterns, and have a certain understanding of various open source components, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, etc.
