岗位职责:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of various IT projects to ensure they are completed on-time and within scope.
2. Act as a liaison between the IT department and business partners to align on project objectives and goals.
3. Utilize strong English communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
4. Leverage knowledge of Cyber Security best practices to minimize risks and enhance system performance.
5. Use ITIL v3 and PMP methodologies to lead project teams and ensure all project requirements are met.
6. Facilitates scrum meetings and leads sprint, planning, demo, and retrospective meetings. Promotes Scrum adoption. Coaches the Team in Scrum, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
7. Collaborate with IT team and business partners to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, project management or related field.
2. Professional certification in ITIL v3 and/or PMP is strongly preferred.
3. Prior experience in an IT Project Manager role or similar.
4. Experience in using project management software tools.
