Job Responsibilities:
1. EHS Management: Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing EHS management plans to ensure compliance with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards. Monitor and evaluate the EHS performance of projects and provide improvement recommendations.
2. Risk Assessment and Control: Conduct project risk assessments to identify potential environmental, health, and safety risks and implement appropriate measures for control and management. Develop safe operating procedures, emergency plans, and training programs to ensure project personnel are aware of and comply with relevant safety regulations.
3. Compliance Oversight: Supervise EHS compliance during project execution to ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Communicate and coordinate with regulatory agencies, provide necessary documents and reports, and ensure compliance audits and inspections of the project.
4. Training and Awareness: Organize and provide EHS training to project teams and relevant personnel, communicating EHS policies, procedures, and best practices. Increase employees' awareness and sense of responsibility towards the environment, health, and safety, and promote the establishment and maintenance of an EHS culture.
5. Incident Investigation and Prevention: Responsible for investigating accidents, incidents, or near-misses occurring in the project, identifying causes, and making improvement recommendations to prevent similar events from recurring. Develop preventive measures and risk management plans to enhance project safety and sustainability.
6. Supplier Management: Evaluate and supervise the EHS performance of suppliers to ensure their compliance with project EHS requirements. Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement sustainable development plans for the supply chain, fostering improvements in environmental, health, and safety within the supply chain.
7. Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and maintain EHS performance indicators and monitoring systems, regularly collect, analyze, and report EHS data of the project. Prepare project EHS reports and relevant documents, providing necessary information and insights to management and relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of environmental, health, and safety management.
- Proficiency in English, with good oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
- Project management experience, capable of developing and executing project plans and delivering results within budget and time constraints.
