职位描述
Responsibilities:
* People cost budgeting and tracking for Danone Beverage China (DBC) so as to ensure accurate management of Sales Force Cost and right on time forecast on risks and opportunities;
* Do reward analysis and proposals for DBC according to business needs, so as to best motivate and engage talents with right cost investment;
* Lead reward related projects for enhancement of compliance with global policies and local prevalence (e.g. internal income equity analysis/the disabled employment security fund project/relocation cost analysis/etc.).
Requirement:
* 4 years and above experience in HR /Finance, broad knowledge on reward domain;
* Strong passion to have exposure in HR Reward and be able to work under pressure;
* Outstanding data analytic skills;
* Strong sense of collaboration and good interpersonal skills;
* Certain level of project management skills.
