职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Support sales planning process for China in accordance with global standards, timelines in collaboration with the management team. This includes all major sales planning cycles, such as annual budget, quarterly and monthly forecasts.
与管理团队合作,按照公司标准和时间表支持中国的销售规划流程。这包括所有主要的销售规划周期,如年度预算、季度和月度预测。
2. Partnering with sales and product team to assist and understand what’s needed from a stock perspective for sales planning etc.
与销售和产品团队合作,从库存角度协助和了解销售需求以便制定销售计划
3. Work with operation team to make accurate demand planning, ensure reasonable inventory/stock control and build a system to monitor future demand.
与运营团队合作,制定准确的需求计划,确保合理的库存控制,并建立一个系统来监控未来的需求。
4. Continuously seek opportunities to improve operation processes, reporting systems, and data quality to enhance the overall effectiveness of market analysis and support for the business decision making.
不断寻求改进运营流程、报告系统和数据质量的机会,以提高市场分析的整体有效性,并为业务决策提供支持
5. Prepare and update product safety stock reports, and timely update product safety stock levels based on actual sales and sales forecasts to meet customer needs.
准备和更新产品安全库存报告,并根据实际销售数据和市场预测及时更新产品安全库存水平以满足客户的需求。
6. Prepare weekly product inventory analysis reports, implement measures to ensure product inventory is at a reasonable level, and avoid situations where there are too many or too few products in stock. 准备每周产品库存分析报告,制定可行措施确保产品库存在合理水平,避免库存产品过多或过少的情况出现。
7. Prepare monthly product and customer sales analysis reports and product sales forecast reports.
准备月度产品和客户的销售分析报告和产品销售预测报告。
8. Providing monthly commentaries and variance analysis on sales/ products
每月提供关于销售/产品的评论和差异分析
9. Assisting with input into Planning analytics on the sales forecast/ budgets, etc
协助对销售预算/预测进行分析
职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree with a major in operation, finance management or related disciplines
本科及以上学历,运营管理或财务管理相关专业
2. 3 years working experiences in sales forecasting and analysis, excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Excel skills.
3年以上销售预测及分析工作经验并熟练掌握Excel技能
3. Good communication skill and be able to communicate in English
良好的沟通能力,能够用英语进行口语交流沟通
4. Experience using large ERP (SAP experience regarded favourable).
有SAP及类似工作经验者优先
5. Able to communicate with staff at all levels.
能够与不同层级的员工沟通
6. Ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
能够在压力下同时管理和完成多个项目
7. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and self-manage in order to meet tight deadlines while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
