职位描述职位目的：Spare parts and tools inventory management. Ensure the goods are in accordance with the financial accounts, the warehouse inbound and outbound process are clear.管理备件和工具库存。确保货物与财务账目相符，仓库进出库流程清晰。 工作职责： 1.Manage service Tools, handtool. Instrument tooling and related logistics. 管理工检具、随身工具、仪器和相关物流； 2.Manage the daily service tool requirements including acquisition, in-bound, out-bound, repairs, replenishment, etc.; 管理日常服务工具需求，包括采购、入库、出库、维修、补货等； 3.Manage the service tool administration including fixed asset reporting, warehouse reporting, inventory count, scrap process, etc.; 管理服务工具，包括固定资产报表、仓库报表、库存盘点、报废流程等； 4.Check service tools inventory according to Finance request; 根据财务要求检查维修工具库存； 5.Handle all logistics issues for spare part in China, including import/export, overseas/domestic transport, insurance, inbound/outbound and logistics costs negotiation etc; 处理中国境内所有备件物流事宜，包括进出口、海外/国内运输、保险、进出境及物流成本谈判等； 6.Coordinate the forwarder to fulfill the import/export customs clearance; 协调货代完成进出口清关; 7.Manage spare parts warehouse including stock record update and stock information releasing to Spare Parts Team and Service team on regular basis; 管理备件仓库，包括库存记录的更新和库存信息的定期发布给备件和服务团队； 8.Manage parts return and relevant credit/invoice dispose; 管理备件退货及相关凭证/发票处理； 9.Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor. 上级安排的其它工作。 任职要求： 1.College and above in international trade, mechanical, electronic or related majors. 国际贸易、机械、电子相关专业大专及以上学历； 2.3 years’ relevant working experience in manufacturing factory. 3年制造业工厂相关工作经验； 3.Familiar with stock management, transportation, and insurance issues. 熟悉库存管理，运输和保险问题； 4.Good communication skills. 良好的沟通能力； 5.Good command of written English. 良好的英语书面表达能力； 6.Good command of office software, such as Excel, Word, Power point, etc. 熟练掌握办公软件，如Excel, Word, Power point等； 7.Team player, good interpersonal skills. 具有团队合作精神，良好的人际交往能力。 您知悉并认可，在面试结果待定的情形下，我们可能会继续保存您的简历【三】年，以便作出进一步评估或作为其他合适岗位候选。如您不同意，请在发送简历时注明。
