Key Responsibilities:主要职责:
1. Work with Digital Marketing Manager and Brand Partner HQ, to develop long term strategy and monthly social media plan (including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, RED) adapting the global content calendar to the Chinese audience and platform.
2. Responsible to operate social media official account, from content creation (with in-house team), translation, and publishing. Ensure social media post are carefully managed and published in a timely manner in accordance to each channel’s timeline.
3. Coordinate and cooperate with the internal team to ensure alignment throughout all the social media and ecommerce platform (Tmall & JD).
4. Support the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and cultivate KOC/KOL cooperation.
5. Monitor and complete the KPI set for each channel and campaigns, to drive brand awareness growth and traffic lead to ecommerce platform (Tmall & JD).
6. Evaluate online channels effectiveness to determine and make necessary adjustment to optimize content campaign.

6. 评估在线渠道的有效性,以确定并进行必要的调整,以优化内容活动。
Requirements岗位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above (marketing and related majors preferred)
2. 2+years relevant working experience
3. Passion for or experience on social media, with good knowledge of China social media tools and platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED etc.)
4. Creative and love finding new tactics and ways to engage their audience
5. Desire to continue learning
6. Proactive and collaborative working style, with good communication skills both internally and externally
7. Enjoy working as part of a fast-paced and international team
8. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing skills and communication skills
9. Fluent Chinese speaker with good English skills
1.本科及以上学历(市场营销及相关专业优先)
2.2年以上相关工作经验

4.富有创意,喜欢寻找新的策略和方式吸引观众
