- 10 years and above experience

- Background in Electrical
- Must have design experience in Office/Industrial Plant/Commercial Building, preferably with a MEP consultant or an established reputed LDI company in China.
- Familiar with local and international codes of practices and regulations.
- Able to work well with Client,architects, local design institute, main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Willing to travel (within and outside of China) on short notice.
- Good in both oral and written English.

- 10年以上工作经验

- 拥有电气方面背景

- 拥有办公楼、工业厂房、商业项目的设计工作经验，优先考虑具有机电咨询公司或国内设计院工作经验者

- 熟悉国家规范及标准，熟悉国际规范及标准

- 具备丰富的与客户、建筑师、当地设计院、总包、分包和供应商等协作，沟通的经验

- 能随时进行境内或境外的商务出差

- 英语口语及读写能力良好
