Main Responsibilities:

负责3D设计和2D图纸

Responsible for units 3D design and 2D drawings

执行CFD模拟

Perform CFD simulations

负责施工图或其他有关图纸的设计

Responsible for the design of construction drawing or other related drawings

编制平面布置图，断面图，基础图等

Prepare the layout, cross section drawings, foundation plan, etc.

负责根据GB标准进行本地设计和修改

Responsible for the local design and modification according to the GB standard.

执行设备验收工作，运行调试新的生产设备，尤其是机械和工装方面。

Perform the approval, the realization and the commissioning of equipment, special for the mechanical and fixture aspects.

成本控制以及执行内部外部审核的工作。

Cost control and perform relating the internal and external audit work

维护ISO9001体系

Maintain the ISO9001 system

支持项目经理在项目执行期间解决技术问题

Support the project manager to solve the technical issue during the project execution.

制作和发布技术信息、相关工程变更通知并与供应商协调

Making and releasing the technical information, related engineering change notice and coordinate with supplier

向其他部门提供技术支助

Giving technical support to other departments

脱硫除尘装置（塔器、钢框架结构、配管、过程控制等）结构研发及设计、选材及供应商开发

Desulfurization and dust removal plant (tower, steel frame structure, pipe, process control, etc.) structure development and design, material selection and supplier development







Requirements:




良好的书面和口头英语能力

Good English skill in written and spoken

学士学位，机械设计专业

Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical design

三年以上工作经验

More than 3 years working experience

熟悉ANSYS的CFD模拟

Familiar with CFD simulation with ANSYS

3D Plant Autocard的工作经验

Working experience with 3D Plant Autocad

熟悉2D工程设计和制造工具（如 AutoCAD）

Familiarity with 2D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD)

良好的机械工程和制造知识

Good knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing

需要很强的解决问题能力和创造力

Strong problem solving skills and creativity desired

解读P&IDs 的经验

Experience interpreting P&IDs

对力学、运动学、热力学、材料学科等核心概念有扎实的理解

Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.

指导和审查管道设计或制造的经验

Experience guiding and reviewing piping design or fabrication

能够正确解释供应商的设备图纸并将其应用于工厂布局

Ability to correctly interpret suppliers' equipment drawings and apply them to plant layout

对标准了解和熟悉

Know GB code, ASME, DIN...
