装配设备
图纸设计
要求会非标设备主要是工装和夹具等的设计、安装、维护和调试等工作。
1.Be responsible for tools, fixtures, gauges design and testing
负责工厂模具、工装、夹具的设计与调试
2.Make the relating technical regulation and criterion.
制定工作相关的规范和标准
3.Prepare and update all the drawings, part list and relating document that FDC need for production of related machines.
提供和及时更新设备机械图纸、备件以及相关的文档
4.Evaluate the supplier's technical ability, explain the technical requirement, audit the supplier's producing process
对供应商进行技术评估，提供技术要求，完成其制程审核
5.Collaborate with cross function team to set up new machine or fixture, and make sure them come into service.
与项目团队一起完成新设备的安装调试直至设备投入使用
6.Manufacturing system continiously improvement to improve productivity and reduce manufacture cost;
完成现有设备的改善工作以提高效率和降低费用
7.Support maintenance team to resolve the technical problems on site; anaylize the breakdown reason and find the root cause, make preventive action to reduce the breakdown time.
支持维修团队解决设备各类故障，并分析原因，制定预防措施以降低停机率
8.Setting up preventive maintenance plan for all machines and tools of his/hers designated area;
按照设备的使用规范，制定设备机械部分的预防维修保养计划
9.Complete internal technical training.
完成技术内训工作
10.Finish other works assigned by the supervisor/manager.
完成主管给予的其他工作安排
11.University Degree or above, major in Engineering or related fields preferred.
大学或以上学历，工程或相关专业优先
12.Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Background, over 5years of working experience in mechanical engineering field.
制造或机械工程背景，在机械工程领域有3年以上的工作经验。
13.Be good at fixture and mould design, testing
擅长设备工装，模具设计及调试
14.Laser Welding/ MAG welding process knowledge
激光焊接和气体保护焊接基本工艺知识；
15.Basic equipment knowledge基本设备知识；
Ergonomic knowledge人机工程知识；
Lean Manufacturing精益生产。
