Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Responsible for thermal processing equipment’s control system design and commissioning, whichincludes PLC software/hardware, touch screen, power distribution cabinets, field instruments;Prepare bill of material, cabinet layout drawing, and other relevant documents.
负责热处理设备控制系统的设计和调试，包括 PLC 软硬件、触摸屏、配电柜、现场仪表等；准备物料清单，机柜布置图以及其他相关文档。
2. Support Service department to solve technical problems with equipment in the field, may travel globally.
支持售后部门解决现场设备的技术问题，可能在国外出差。
3. Communicate with vendors and customers and provide technical support and clarification.
与供应商和客户沟通，并提供技术支持和澄清。


Job Requirements 任职要求：
1. Strong knowledge of power distribution systems and control systems, able to independently design and commissioning electrical cabinets; Familiar with EPLAN or AutoCAD.
有较强的配电系统和控制系统知识，能独立设计和调试电气机柜；熟悉 EPLAN 或 AutoCAD软件。
2. Experience in Siemens PLC programming and HMI design, able to independently commissioning PLC system; Familiar with S7-1500 PLC, TIA Portal.
有丰富的西门子 PLC 编程和人机界面设计经验，能独立调试 PLC 系统；熟练使用 S7-1500PLC，TIA Portal 软件。
3. Experience of Pilz, AB, or other PLC brands is preferred; Familiar with Safety Instrumentation System(SIS) and Emergency Shutdown System(ESD) is preferred; Experience on PID algorithm tuning is preferred.
有皮尔磁、罗克韦尔或其他品牌 PLC 使用经验的更优；熟悉安全仪表系统及紧急关断系统更优；有 PID 算法整定经验更优。
4. Familiar with field instrumentation, includes thermocouple, resistance temperature detector, pressure meter, flowmeter, signal transmitter, etc.

5. More than 3 years experiences in design and commissioning of automation control system; Knowledge in thermal processing equipment is preferred.
有 3年以上自控系统设计和调试经验；熟悉热处理设备者更优。
6. Good communication skills and team spirit.
具备良好的沟通能力与团队精神。

1. Education (Degree & Major): College degree or above; Electrical/Automation or similar
教育背景(学位及专业)：大专学历及以上；电气/自动化相关专业
2. Relevant Professional Experience:More than 3 years
相关工作经验年限：3年及以上
3. PC Tool:Microsoft Office package, TIA Portal, EPLAN, AutoCAD
电脑工具 ：微软 Office 套件, TIA Portal, EPLAN, AutoCAD
4. Language skills ：Mandarin (Fluent); English (Good)
语言能力：普通话 (流利); 英语 (良好)
5. Travel requirement: According to project status, Average 20% / Year
