Job Description:


§ Customer services to fulfil all expectations for both direct accounts
and distributor ones.

§ Order management·

According to the Sales FCST / Allocation / Customer’s request, decide the booking schedules and enter booking quantities into SAP system.

Necessary posting / creation in SAP in case any RETURN issue needed.

To maintain order in SAP to meet the customer’s request

§ To maintain order tracking excel sheets.

§ Solve transportation damage and custom clearance issues to act as interface with Customer Contact Window and forwarder.

§ Claim issue co-work with Sales / AE / QA / Shipping by a team work.

§ Assist Shipping for wafers movement as planned in case any support needed

§ Maintain current FCST booking / shipping qty in DP with accuracy by a teamwork with sales

§ Payment tracking




Job Functions:

Order Handling – CSRs ·

CSRs understand the allocation/reservation figures customer by customer, spec by spec.

Based on the allocation/reservation figures, CSRs book / maintaining order quantity into Siltronic order systems, (SAP).

CSRs work with Production sites and negotiate with Customers for the acceptable lead Times for each side.

CSRs will check and Monitor the production status based on the confirmed LT.

CSRs will monitor shipments arrangement with CFMD Lead Time and provide necessary assistance for products from on board to finish Custom Clearance.

Lead time change / cancel orders/ releases in SAP.

CSRs will track P.O.s / update system.

Notify / work with Broker /customer’s Import & Export dept. when shipping document / ASN available.

ASN / Shipping document deliver to Customer’s Purchasing / Imp & Exp dept also MC people were notified.

Support for Custom Clearance in case any concern caused by Siltronic flight arrangement.

Damage issue involve-in / clarify if caused by transportation damage.

Support Claim issue handling – SAP / RMA ( QN ) number

Support Claim issue handling – Confirm new lead time after inspection.

Claim issue / Sales Accommodation

Co-work with Shipping (if shipment go thru W.H. business ) to Confirm dispatch number / SO number / item number / lot number of related issue wafers to QA / SCC.

Verify issue: Package / CofC & eCofC / Quality / Labeling.

Received instruction from AE / QA / Sales about how to proceed.

Accompany Shipping to Customer in case necessary support is needed.

Confirm / Communicate with Customer MC people about how to RTN issued wafers.

Send AWB and notice to contact window in Siltronic production site

Follow SAP procedure in system for Wafers RTN.

Close work with contact window for new lead time and credit note.

Confirmed with Sales the best time frame to send back our RTN wafers to customer In case Sales / AE have clarified the issue already.
