注意：本岗位为短期工，8个月左右
1、了解并操作主要运营系统，包括客户生产系统、信息系统等。
Maintenance of ABS,CRM etc.
2、日常制服流程管理routine workwear rental service process management etc.
3、定期结账，和客户对账，系统处理，开票，收款 Invoicing and AR
4、日常客户对接，投诉情况收集并反馈给主管及相关部门
Communication with customers, handling of complain and internal communication
5、其它客户和主管提出的工作任务Other tasks
岗位要求：
1. 大专或以上学历College degree or above ；
2. 有2-3年客服相关工作经验2-3 years' experience in Customer service；
3. 有服务行业经验优先Service Industry experience preferred;
4. 较强的沟通能力、抗压能力good communication skills and can work under pressure;
5. 细心认真、责任心强 Detail oriented and high responsibility
6. 熟练使用excel等office软件Advance skills in MS office with Excel；
7. 良好的英语读写能力Good reading and writting command of English。
