1. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (General Summary, essential functions and authorities, etc.)
l Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
l Arrange conference and travel for leaders, Create, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
l Support and collaborate with other departments
l Support pipeline and application of internal project
l Organize internal and external events
l Assist in head count costs and budget
l Collect information maintain database
2. Basic Requirement, including Education and/or Knowledge and/or Training and/or key Relevant Experience required.
l Bachelor’s degree
l At least 2 years of experience in assistant roles
3. Skill Sets and/or Training and/or Certification for the Special Position
l Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
l Fluent English both in written and verbally
l Good at office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
l Good time management
l Good organization skills
l Reliability and Discretion
