Key responsibilities:

Accounts Receivables related:

- Responsible for AR reconciliation and ledger clearance
for dedicated customers

- Responsible for VAT invoice issuance for all customers (such as Vanke, B&T, Distributor, ETS service provider etc.) and inter-companies, coordinate VAT invoice issuance matters and follow up VAT No. write back in SAP

- Responsible for Receipt issuance for Distributor & Dealer’s deposit

- Responsible for order release according to credit policy via OA system

- Responsible for intercompany charge booking and collection clearing

- Responsible for bank collection enquiry, reconcile and upload via Keguang platform

- Support development and implementation of AR automation project

- Support monthly balance sheet reconciliation in relate to AR

- Support monthly VAT output balance reconciliation work

- Support monthly AR team voucher filing




Accounts Payables related:

- Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliation in relate to AP sections

- Support B2B and inter-company AP voucher posting

- Support intercompany reconciliations for all domestic and overseas entities

- Support supplier goods return credit VAT invoice handling

- Support monthly AP team voucher filing




General related:

- Support internal and external audit supporting preparation

- Other assigned work if necessary




Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree and above in a Finance/Accounting related field

- Previous work experience in FMCG industry preferred

- 1+ years accounting experience with AR daily operation accounting knowledge

- Good knowledge on Golden Tax system and hands-on experience

- Advanced proficiency with MS Office and proficient knowledge of ERP, SAP experience is a plus

- Good knowledge of regulations related to Accounting
