Work with businesslead & HR BP to create a high-performing and competitive incentive plan that delivers results and value-added services.
· Independently leverage sales incentive plan to drive sales behavior, take responsibility for plan designing, communication, and calculation, work with payroll specialist for payout.
· Provide monthly sales analytics and follow up report of sales performance.
· Buildup and maintain strong partnerships with BU lead, HR, finance and other related departments to ensure the implementation of company’s SFE strategies and development of a systematic approach to monitor KPI and track performance.
· Provide insights and recommendations to BU management on the execution status, gaps and suggestions.
· CRM Tracking and management: align with business lead for daily sales KPI setting and maintain them in CRM system for visual management and tracking.
· Sales capability enablement: work with HR, sales team to enhance sales team’s morale through training and coaching etc.
· Support business departments Ad-hoc projects, business plan and review.
Qualification
任职要求
· Solid experience in healthcare industry
· Hands-on experiences on sales planning and other SFE relevant capability including sales force deployment, territory alignment, target setting, SFE KPI setting, tracking and analytics.
· Strong analytical skills to drive a wide range of analysis, both independently and with team work.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive influence on the sales force.
· Expert on excel, power BI for data analysis.
· Experience in sales training will be preferred.
· Smooth communication in English
