全面质量管理体系
RESPONSIBILITY：
- Lead quality risk analysis and define prevention actions with related colleagues
- Make quality plans (Q characteristics, supplier, inspection, criteria etc.) for critical parts & entire machines and finalize them with Eu Q-Planner
- Communicate first sample quality and special requirements to suppliers
- First samples follow-up & release (include product itself and process) for series production
- Storing of reference samples (plastic, elastomer, die castings);
- Define Inspection planning & inspection instruments and gauges, jigs and fixtures if necessary
- Ensure manufacturing process capabilities & Inspection process capabilities for special gauges, jigs and fixtures
- Review and confirm work instructions
- Make product /supplier audit plan and conduct related audits with local and global team members, follow up audit results
- Regular meetings with Eu Q-planner for status of quality topics
(Senior):
- Proficient in quality management theory and approach
- Motivate and guide the new staff actively to improve their quality management capability.


REQUIREMENTS：
- Mechanical or M&E Major, bachelor degree above
- Quality management and systems
- More than 5 years work experience in a comparable field. Preferable experience of complex machines
־ Fluent in both written and spoken English
־ Preferable basic experience in SAP
