职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support internal and external sample request, including
updating sample backlog, send sample request to factory, tracking sample
shipment plan, sort out sample warehouse, maintain sample inventory, notify
customer when samples are shipped. 支持内外部的样品需求,包括更新样品订货,跟踪样品发货计划,整理样品仓库,维护样品出入库信息,通知客户报告样品发货信息。




2. Handle urgent sample request cooperate with factory and sales.
与工厂和销售一起处理紧急样品需求 。




3. Update sample monthly report. 更新样品月度报告。




4. Sales order: Check and enter new sales orders based on
distributors new PO.

订单录入:根据代理商订单准确及时录入系统,并确保订单信息正确。




5. Support salesman for factory shipping plan and provide
shipping instruction to shipping department. 与工厂催货以支持和帮助销售,并安排发货事宜。




REQUIREMENTS:




1 Bachelor's degree,
majoring in logistics or business operation is preferred. 本科学历,物流或商务相关专业优先





2 1~2 years CSR related
experience 1~2年客户服务相关经验优先




3 Good Written and oral
English 良好的英语读写及口语能力




4 Good computer shills:
Excel, word 良好的计算机办公技能




5 Detailed orientated and
professional. Able to work independently 注意细节,保持专业素质,并能独立开展工作
