The Finance Supervisor in Hydro Aluminium Beijing covers


the total finance functions and risk management.




Areas of responsibility/岗位职责




--- Accounting and closing process with timely internal/external reporting

--- Total financial and performance reporting in a monthly management report

--- Prepare, participate in, and minute Performance Review Meetings (PRM) and BoD meetings

--- Total business planning and budgeting process

--- FX planning, execution, and reporting

--- Hydro internal ICFR execution and reporting, as well as SOP relating to Finance function

--- Follow up of financing, cash management, liquidity and capital needs and ensure that finance function has the necessary capacity/competence, and capability to fulfil its responsibility

--- Oversee and monitor controlling measures of alumina positions vs limits.

--- Oversee and monitoring controlling measures relating to all material exposures (counterparts, pricing mechanisms, etc.)

--- Follow up positions from a financial and risk perspective

--- Ensure that all necessary approvals have been given according to approved

authorization matrixes prior to entering into new commercial contracts.

--- Liaison with key stakeholders in B&A Commercial and Corporate Finance

--- Perform other required duties




Qualifications/职位要求




--- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy

--- Experience from finance function in trading/commercial environment

--- Knowledge of alumina, international trade, and risk management

--- Strong analytical capabilities

--- Attention to detail and ability to understand the total picture

--- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and able to operate in a hectic work environment with peak loads

--- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) is a must

---Team player with good communication skills, able to maintain and development good relations both internally and with external business partners

--- Ability to establish processes, controls, and routines with risk management approach

--- IT literate at ease with systems and data bases

--- Self-starter, happy to work independently but also able to work in teams as required

--- High ethical standards
