Responsibilities:


Ø To integrate the available resources in such way to manage the project to achieve the specific project objectives.

Ø To establish the macro project schedule and manage efficiently to ensure completion of all deliverables within the timeframe.

Ø To establish and manage the project budget based on the cost estimation budget transmitted from proposal stage

Ø To remit the financial project report following the company control system bimonthly

Ø To liaise, communicate and manage all activities with client, DI and external stakeholders.

Ø To coordinate with internal divisions to ensure the milestones of engineering, purchasing, etc. met on time

Ø To prepare, negotiate, control and manage the sub-contractor contracts

Ø To maintain a customer focus and to strive for complete customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:


Ø 10+ years experience in engineering projects

Ø Experience in engineering project

Ø Experience in waste water, portable water, water reuse & tertiary, industrial water and sludge treatment would be a good plus.

Ø Good English communication skills


Ø Excellent organizational integration, interpersonal, communication and reporting skills

Ø Familiar with usage of scheduling software MS Project

Ø Ability to travel frequently
