1. 协助客户经理进行项目的投标、招标工作,组织编制投标文件;
Assist the account manager in project bidding process, organize the preparation of bidding documents;
2. 负责项目的内部与外部的沟通,协助并完成包括会议纪要,工程计划,资金统筹,报审及验收资料准备等工作,并及时汇总上报;
Responsible for the internal and external communication of the project, assist and complete the work including meeting minutes, project plan, fund coordination, application and government approval materials preparation, and report to superior timely;
3. 相关项目文件的翻译;
Translation of relevant project documents;
4. 完成部门经理交办的临时任务。
Complete temporary tasks assigned by the department manager.
任职资格:
Requirements:
1. 大专或以上学历,英语水平优秀,工程管理或英语相关专业;
College degree or above, excellent English, major in engineering management or English related;
2. 两年以上相关工作经验,英语水平优秀者可放宽;
More than two years of relevant working experience or excellent bilingual (Chinese/English) communication skills;
3. 熟练使用办公软件;
Good command of Microsoft Office;
4. 具有良好的团队合作精神,责任心强;
Good team work spirit, strong sense of responsibility;
5. 工作有条理,有较强的表达能力及协调能力。
Work well organized, with strong presentation and coordination skills.
