职位描述
Role Definition:
Assist Procurement & Logistics Manager with all administration duties required for the efficient functioning of the department. These tasks may originate from the other departments such as the Project Management, Finance, Engineering and Sales.
Responsibilities:
Bundle the client’s freight volume and push it through the defined logistic channels and secure best rates available;
Coordinate with courier companies for the shipment of Goods as requested by the user;
Help Procurement Manager prepare contract or purchase order;
Prepare packing list for delivery/shipping ;Prepare all shipping instructions and gather information for invoices purpose;
Prepares and keeps up to date of relevant documentation and records of inventory and related activities, control movements of items and maintains follow up systems as required;
Prepares and keeps up to date of relevant documentation and record of procurement and logistics documents and ensures that they are correctly prepared;
Completes standard forms, drafts correspondence and maintains files;
To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superiors from tim to time;

3. Ensure quality and timeliness of logistics execution
4. Adherence to budgets, schedules and specifications

Minimum Qualifications:
(Education, Experience, Skills required to qualify for this position)
1. Technical or Management or English education, preferably a mechanical, chemical, civil engineering or business degree
2. Strong verbal and written communications skill
3. Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
4. Demonstrated organizational skills.
5. Optional but Preferred Qualifications
a. Background in technical / engineering product applications
b. Experience in contract and commercial terms
