Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1. Responsible for financial analysis and account processing of business departments, allocation of costs, accounting for order profits, commissions, incentives, and other data；
负责业务部门的财务分析和账务处理，分摊成本费用，核算订单利润、提成、奖励等数据；
2. Completed the reports and data analysis, analyse according to the data combined with strategy, gave improvement suggestions, and promoted the achievement of performance;
完成指定报表的输出和看板分析数据，根据数据结合策略展开分析，提出改善建议，推动业绩达成；
3. Found financial problems in business links, actively followed up the business closed-loop solution of all parties, and implemented the improvement results;
发现业务环节存在的财务问题，主动跟进各方业务闭环解决，落实改善结果；
4. Assist in the construction of business and finance, cooperate with the ERP system online;
协助公司的业财一体化建设，配合ERP系统上线；
5. Assist in the arrangement and submission of the company's audit materials in Hong Kong.
协助公司香港审计资料的整理报送。
Job Requirements:
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, CET-6 or intermediate level of BEC;
统招本科以上学历，财务/会计/审计相关专业；英语六级或商务英语中级以上；
2. 3-5 years working experience of finance，at least 1 year experience of BP, cost analysis or control work, preferred with audit experience;
3-5年财会经验，至少有1年甲方财务BP、成本分析与控制工作，同时有审计经验的优先；
3. Familiar with product cost accounting in manufacturing or foreign trade，master accounting methods，from purchase to payment, sales to collection, inventory to cost and other links;
熟悉工业制造或外贸领域的产品成本核算，掌握从采购到付款、销售到收款、存货到成本等业务环节的账务处理方法；
4. Familiar with project management and ERP system, can draw business flow chart (swimlane Diagram), skilled use of PV Table of excel and X-mind；
了解项目管理知识和ERP系统，会画业务流程图（泳道图），熟练使用数据透视表和X-mind;
5. Outgoing and proactive, willing to think, good at learning, strong self-drive, with good communication and coordination skills.
