Job description工作内容：
1.P&L Responsibilities -
a. Maintain a profitable margin of the designated account by managing the price and internal costs;
b. Analyzes sales forecasts and builds schedules to support sales and ensure proper inventory levels, producing status reports, maintaining and updating PC based schedules, and making presentations to management.
2. Coordinates and tracks all activities for a designated customer -
a. Manage customer Engineering Change Notice and make sure TRIVO is taking right changes according to TRIVO ECO procedure;
b. Planning and reporting order management, communicating schedule changes;
c. Ensure TRIVO and the designated customer follow the business practice according to the contract. Renew an existing contract and involve negotiation of a new contract;
d. RMA management; 5. Control inventory, manage the materials E&O. Minimize the materials risk of TRIVO.
3. CFT Management -
a. Lead project teams with members of production, purchasing, engineering and quality departments and defines objectives;
b. Direct priorities on product flow to meet ship schedules and monitors MRP, manufacturing planning, documentation, inventory control and test schedules
Job qualification任职资格：
Education Background教育背景：Miminum Bachlor's degree or equivalent, MBA is preferred
Training Experience培训经历：Minimum 10 years work experience in EMS industry ；The person in charge of automobile project should have attended relevant training, such as five tools
Experience经验：10 years in program management or engineering experience in electronics industry
Skill and Technique技能技巧：Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.Good interpersonal skill. Leadership and be able to coordinate team work
