Responbilities:
Compiling the test evaluation plan of the overall unit and spare-parts, coordinating with project stakeholders to participate in the review meeting of test plan, and responsible for the improvement and perfection of the test plan.
Independently responsible for the test plan management ,including test summary, overall planning of schedule and quality, tracking failure analysis and correction action tracking report and summary, coordinating with project stakeholders to participate in the review meeting of test failure analysis and correction actions.
Leading the new test evaluation methods for developing the overall unit , compile, and improve company’s test standards of the overall unit, and organize the review meeting of the test standards.
Compiling technical requirements for relevant test equipment, discussing technical requirements with suppliers, compile test work instructions, and carrying out training and guidance before testing.
Participating in the construction of the lab system, including technical work such as record improvement, period verification, capability verification, supervision records, and project review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and above, major in engineering such as: communication, computer, machinery and automation, electrical and electronic
Fluent English is a must
3 years of working experience.
Familiar with testing and research and development process of consumer electronics, home appliances experience is preferred.
Proficiency in FMEA to refine product test vulnerability assessment
Can work under pressure, be proactive.
Familiar with Minitab, or SPC, MSA, DOE, reliability analysis modules in JMP
