Current we are lack of money, and we didn't have a role such like CFO,
Our team made up with myself, project manager, and SDE. We have 8 teammates, two is Full-time. Others is internship.
What's the product, funding or revenue timeline?
We are didn't have a timeline for MVP, funding and revenue.
If join the company what can get(shares or options or others) and When?
We are didn't have a plan to provide the shares, options or others.
Is totally unpaid position?
No, if the project can launched and earn money, we can make a compensation plan for the unpaid period work. The compensation the details will depend on the revenue situation if we can launched and earn money.
Did it have a special date or plan?
No.
Is the remote work? Work Time?
We are remote team for now, our teammates working on PST, CST, EST time zone, and at least work 40h per week.
What's the role responsibility?
Our business brief introduction:
We are focus on developing the investment expected returns trade platform, and it's allowed the investors to sell their investment expected returns to others investors by flexible price, and we will charge fees for both of trader.
Current our project situation:
Honestly, we are moving forward very slowly, it's have multiple issues caused this situation, but most issues is funding and tech leader, the funding issues you can check the above content, and the tech leader, i think that we are need a tech guy :
1: basically the role need professional all the skills what's the project need l, Current we are using the html, css, JavaScript, react.js, and others for front end, using the Python and flask MySQL for back-end, github as our repository store, so these must expert, it's must can using these skills to code or solve the issues when development and deploy.
2: could lead a small development team for one functions,
3: could lead the whole development teammates to moving the project forward and deploy it on server, make internal or external test.
4: could lead tech strategy
5: could make the project earn money
There have five levels for this position, whatever the responsibility you want to take, the level 1 is needed.

When all finish all of this, you need to ASAP to check all the codes and know the project and contact all the teammates for their work details and project details.
