Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement computational structural biology strategy to support mRNA discovery and development.
• Lead to use and develop computational tools to understand biological molecule structures, such as protein and RNA, as well as their interactions.
• Develop and implement state-of-the-art computational tools and methods to solve complex problems in mRNA discovery and development.
• Design molecular structure-based experiments and work closely with biologists to generate and analyze the data.
• Build and maintain strong collaborations with Platform and Therapeutical research team.
Qualifications:
• PhD in computational structural biology, chemistry, bioinformatics, or related field.
• Strong hands-on expertise in predicting protein structure, such as using AlphaFold.
• Demonstrated experience in machine learning and molecular modeling.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and other programming languages.
• Experience with cloud computing and high-performance computing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal stakeholders.
• Experience in drug discovery and development, including experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical company, is highly preferred
