1. To guide/supervise team members to provide system support to the daily operation of the DC, and make sure WMS system runs properly and stably.

2. Following the issue escalation process, to communicate with related parties timely for any system issues and assist them to resolve the problem in order to minimize the impact to the DC operation.

3. To cooperate with Tech/ Production support team/ DC operation team/ NIKE China to conduct system test and implement new release.

4. To review and summarize the issues regularly and accordingly to conduct system and operation trainings.
定期对问题进行审查和总结，并进行相应的系统和操作培训。
5. To ensure high quality of functional reports being generated and communicated timely.

6. Review the whole process periodically to continuously seek for opportunities for process improvement within the functional scope.

-Bachelor Degree or above本科以上学历
-Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics field, with minimum 1 year experience in WMS operation experience至少2年物流领域工作经验，至少1年WMS操作经验
