Responsibilities
As an Engineer in the MMD team, you will get an amazing opportunity to extend your knowledge of several important Microsoft products and technical areas including Windows, Office and our cloud based management suite, and drive product improvements into Microsoft 365. 
In this role, you will be part of a team of talented and motivated engineers that will behave more like a startup team. You will do what is necessary with your peers to plan, design, implement and deliver the feature requirements with high quality. 
Basic Qualifications:  
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science or other technical field  
2. 2+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping apps and/or services. 
3. Good learning ability 
4. Good technical design and implementation skills and proven ability to deliver feature in commercial projects or products 
5. Good English communication skill 
Preferred Qualifications:  
1. Ambitious, self-motivated 
2. Agile, can-do attitude and great at dealing with ambiguity  
3. Good coding, debugging and problem-solving skills 
4. Good knowledge of object-oriented programming language paradigms 
5. Experience in developing online services 
6. Experience in relational databases, distributed systems and/or big data technologies 
7. Experience in Virtualization, VDI, or remote management solution
