PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Deriving Requirements from various customer specifications and their import to engineering (ALM) system.
2. Analysis, creation of stakeholder/system requirements and specifications, taking into account norms, standards and methods coordination of requirements / architecture work between different departments.
3. Elucidate, analyze and generate requirements on system level (Software, Electronics, mechanical).
4. Deriving verification criteria on system level according to ASPICE.
5. Support on Software specifications, strategies and architectures
6. Support debugging to find the root cause of defects.
7. Coordination and participation in interdisciplinary working groups for the development of architectures and solution approaches of all related system areas.
8. Follow company development and quality processes.
9. Support other task assigned by manager.
REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor's or master's Degree, major in Electronic Engineering, Automation Control engineering etc.
5+ years' System development experience in automotive industry is a must.
2. Experience in working in interdisciplinary and Global projects is preferred.
3. Experience in automotive development processes and methods (e.g., ASPICE, ASIL, V model, Design for manufacturing …) is a must.
4. Experience in stepper motor, BLDC motor control is preferred
5. Basic knowledge SW development is preferred.
6. Knowledge of standard such as ISO 17356,ISO 15765 ,ISO 26262 and ISO14229 is preferred.
7. Good communication in both Oral English and Chinese is a must;
8. Knowledge of analog and digital HW circuit, MCU system, CAN/LIN Physical layer is preferred.
