Job Description
As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire lifecycle of software projects, including requirements analysis, project planning, resource allocation, risk management, schedule monitoring, and project delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. 作为软件项目经理，您将负责领导和管理软件项目的整个生命周期，包括需求分析、项目规划、资源分配、风险管理、进度监控以及项目交付。您将与跨职能团队密切合作，确保项目按时、按预算、按质量完成，并满足客户的期望。
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in software project management. Experience working with Tier 1 or OEM companies is preferred.
